No Refunds or Returns Policy 

Thank you for supporting Moe Maria. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final

All purchases made from Moe Maria are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchases, sizing expectations, or personal preference.

Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before completing your order.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • replace the item, or

  • issue a refund.

This is the only circumstance under which a replacement or refund will be considered.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Moe Maria is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.


Final Sale Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Moe Maria, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final, and

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered except in the case of a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.
