Thank you for supporting Moe Maria. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Moe Maria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or delivery service directly.
Order Processing
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and does not include transit time.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Moe Maria will ship orders to the address provided.
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Orders that are shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded or replaced. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped using economy shipping by default unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Estimated processing time is 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Transit time varies depending on destination and carrier.
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will be clearly marked as “PRE-ORDER” in the product description.
Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to production schedules, manufacturing delays, or other unforeseen factors. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept that shipping timelines are subject to change.
International Shipping
Moe Maria ships internationally to many countries. Eligible destinations will appear in the country dropdown menu at checkout.
We use international postal and shipping services to deliver orders worldwide. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping Costs and Customs Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, shipping method, and package size and weight. All shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country, and Moe Maria is unable to estimate or control these charges.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
International Orders – Final Sale
All international orders are final sale. Returns or refunds are only considered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Return shipping costs and any customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
